SALON POLICIES
1. REFUND
- All services are non-refundable once completed.
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify our staff before leaving the salon so we can address the concern promptly.
2. GIFT CARD
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
3. CLIENT WELLNESS
For your safety and comfort, please inform your technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving services.
4. CHILDREN’S SAFETY
- For the safety of all guests, children must be supervised at all times while in the salon.
- The salon is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by unattended children.
5. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:
- Brings dangerous items, weapons, or pets into the salon.
- Is rude, disrespectful, or aggressive toward staff or other guests.
- Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
6. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
- The salon is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
